FIRST SESSION

On your first session it gives us a chance to get to know each other and work out if we can work together. At this point if you feel I am not for you, you are not obliged to continue to work with me.
I will guide you through what to expect and what can be achieved from counselling.
We can also briefly touch upon what has brought you to counselling.

At Whilding counselling service with face to face counselling I give my clients the tools to express there emotions if they find it difficult to talk straight away. Counselling can be a slow process but slow and steady can be the best policy.
Face to face counselling is available Saturday's throughout the day.
